Within the program we will use a variety of activities and experiments to learn about our bodies senses. Improving our awareness of these body sensations will help us to experience emotions and learn to self-regulate. We will explore how our brains and bodies work together and what happens when we feel anxious, overwhelmed or angry. We will learn ways to regulate our bodies to access the best parts of our thinking brains.
